Chocolate Fudge Brownies

Makes : 8-10 persons.

Difficulty level : Easy.

Ingredients:

=> Chocolate - 100 gm.

=> Sugar (ground) - 250 gm.

=> Butter - 150 gm.

=> Maida - 80 gm.

=> Baking soda (yeast) - ¼ tsp.

=> Walnuts (chopped) - 50 gm.

=> Egg - 2 nos.

Methods:

=> Microwave butter and chocolate for about 1 minute till the chocolate melts.

=> Remove and mix sugar (powder) with it.

=> Add eggs one by one, beat well. Add vanilla essence and mix well.

=> In a separate bowl sieve maida and baking soda together. Make a homogeneous mixture by adding this flour mixture slowly into the above liquid mix. Stir in the chopped nuts.  

=> Spread the content into a flat pan (container) and microwave for 4-5 minutes (3 minutes cycle plus 2 minutes standing time).

=> Cut into square shaped Chocolate Fudge Brownies and serve.
