Difficulty Level: Easy.
Ingredients
=> Tofu - 200 gm.
=> Shelled peas - 1 cup.
=> Baby corn (left whole) - 5
=> Garlic paste - 2 tsp.
=> Red chilli paste - 1 tsp.
=> Oil to fry - 2 tbsp.
=> Salt to taste.
=> Turmeric powder (Haldi) - ¼ tsp.
=> Coriander powder - 1 tbsp.
Method
=> Grate the tofu and keep aside.
=> Heat oil in a pan and fry the shelled peas and baby corn for about 3 to 4 minutes.
=> As soon as aroma rises, add crumbled tofu, salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garlic paste, haldi powder and continue to cook over low flame. Stirring from time to time cook for another 7-8 minutes.
=> Serve hot with rotis / chapatti (chapatti) etc.
