Lentils, Spinach and Sprouts Savories recipe
Difficulty Level: Medium.

Ingredients
=> Urad dal (Broken black gram) - 2 cups.
=> Spinach (chopped) - 1 cup.
=> Sprouts - ½ cup.
=> Green chillies (finely chopped) - as per choice.
=> Ginger paste - 1 tsp.
=> Red chilli powder - ½ tsp.
=> Oil for deep frying.
=> Salt to taste.
Method
=> Soak urad dal in water for about 3-4 hours and grind it in a mixer-grinder into a smooth paste.
=> Add the rest of the ingredients into the above and beat together with fingers to a smooth fluffy mixture.
=> Heat good amount of oil in an oak (kadai).
=> Drop small portion of the mixture in round forms (vadas) one at a time into hot oil and cook on a medium flame till the vadas are light golden brown. Fry 4-5 vadas at a time and deep fry so that each vada is cooked well from inside - out.
Tasty Vadas are ready to be served hot with sauce / chutney / ketchup etc.
