Paw Paw and Mango Recipe

This is an African fruit dish. Here is the recipe -
Making time: 15 minutes
Difficulty level: Easy.
Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangoes. 
  • 10 dried apricots. 
  • ½ cup orange juice. 
  • 1 ripe papaya of about 300 gm.  
  • 1½ thick cream.

Method:
Peel both mangoes. Cut both into small and medium pieces and keep aside. Mash the other with fork and mix with cream to blend well. Freeze this mango-cream in a refrigerator till half frozen. In the meantime boil the apricots in orange juice till soft preserving the juice. Now peel the papaya and cut into medium pieces after removing the seeds.
To Serve: Place the mango and papaya pieces in a serving dish. Pour the apricot sauce over it and top with the half frozen mango-cream (made above) and serve at once.
