South Indian Snack with Sprouts (Puttu with Sprouts)image

Ingredients
=> 1 cup ready made puttu powder / mixture
=> 1 cup mixed sprouts
=> 1 ½ - 2 cups butter milk
=> Salt to taste
Method
You will need a traditional puttu maker or the one which fits on a pressure cooker.
Mix the puttu mixture with the sprouts, the butter milk, and salt. Mix in a bowl gently with your fingers till it becomes fluffy. Pour into the puttu maker and steam with water in a pressure cooker for 6 - 8 minutes. Take care not to fill the entire puttu maker with the mixture since the puttu swells up and increases in size and will over-flow the container if you fill it to the brim. To be on the safer side fill it up to half of the container only. Divide the mixture into two portions and cook it separately twice.
Gently remove it from the puttu maker. Cut into round pieces and serve.
